CANNABIS AND CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

In November 2005, my dependably robust health took a sudden swerve into the dark unknown. It started with an occasional dizzy spell. I’d be teaching a college writing class when suddenly I’d feel light-headed and woozy. Excusing myself to run to the restroom, I’d take deep breaths and splash cold water on my face. My crash-and-burn had begun. Soon new scary symptoms were bursting forth every day or so. I had room-spinning vertigo.
